Douglas Williams is a longtime baseball fan, author, collector and historian who developed a passion for the game when he opened his first pack of bubblegum cards as a child in the early sixties. While he continues to write and collect today, Williams presents lectures for schools, colleges and civic groups on various topics of baseball history. He resides in Gloucester, Virginia.
